Aliso Viejo, California - American Zettler, Inc. is announcing the availability of the new AZ989 sub-micro automotive relay. Strong customer demand is now being answered with this very small, yet versatile offering for PCB applications. Among the industry's smallest automotive relays, it is ideal for power windows, door locks, seat adjusters, sunroofs, liftgates, wiper motors, and more. The 12-volt AZ989 is manufactured in our QS9000-certified factory and is available with AgSnO2 contacts, either a 180 Ohm or 225 Ohm coil, and a maximum switched power rating of 480W. The AZ989 relay is offered in a Form C contact arrangement inside an epoxy sealed case for automotive wave soldering. Not only space-efficient, the AZ989 will fit comfortably into tighter project budgets as well.
